Hehe, you know, you’re the second reader to ask! In the beginning of the series, she was designed to be incredibly thin due to the grief she was going through. She went from a buff athletic person to wasting away, even her hair was drawn somewhat limp compared to now. Later in the series (around Ch14/Ch15), when she’s in a happy relationship and settling into a life for herself on Monotropa she starts coming out of that gnawing grief and I started adding more around her waist. And after all these food-heavy happy holidays she’s definitely gaining weight!
Birth control is a thing. They have implants that keep them baby free until *OR IF* they wish to do that. Most people do the embryo incubator route and those that do experience physical pregnancy would have a planned surgical birth.
I feel this is directly addressing the “too many festivities” comment somebody made a few comics back. Hahhaha.
But let’s be honest, once October rolls in, it’s festivities after festivities. Specially in December, where there are always more than a few parties and dinner parties per week (at least in my country).
Honestly I love how Abeille is casually establishing boundaries, like it’s the most normal thing in the world. Which it should be, but given her abusive past and her mother’s controlling and manipulative behaviour, well … Let’s just say I like this page.
That’s kinda like how I got whenever I had to take a call from my Dad. I’m long passed those days now.
Umm am I just imagining the baby bump on our girl? Would birth control be a thing or something you could only find in a kink shop ?
