Can I just say how much I enjoy this outcome from a storytelling perspective, despite how bad/sad it may be for Miel and Abeille? We had this whole storyline setup with Acier wanting to get Miel to go to the new city and being seemingly disapproving/jealous of Miel’s relationship with Abeille and everyone was speculating how that would go – and then Amaryllis brought everything down, killing that whole plotline. And I personally think that that’s excellent, because that’s how life is. You have your life and drama and suddenly, something totally out of the blue happens and everything is turned upside down. I feel that that’s not something which is put into storylines a lot, which usually have a plot or chapters which end up with a plotline resolved and not “cut” in the middle. So I honestly think that this outcome here is great storytelling!
