I really dislike having waking dreams like that, especially when they’re about life. I’m often left lying awake, wondering how the rest of the dream might have gone or if it will happen.
This is either an epiphany that she can fight back and stay with someone who makes her feel safe and happy, or this is history repeating itself and she’s thinking of running again. But I do hope she’ll stay on Monotropa with Miel.
So, I saw the last panel in two different ways. One, as a few have said here already, she finally feels safe and happy with someone that genuinely accepts her, instead of walking on eggshells every second of the day to try to have someone accept her, but continuously disregarded and denied common decency. It sucks, and since reading this arc, I’ve related so much to her with my own experiences with dealing with a narcissist mother.
Two, and this probably not intentional at all, but the last panel reminds me that touch is still pretty taboo in the time they’re in. It leads me to believe that she thinks that since he’s asleep and he didn’t give her permission to touch him, she hesitates in respect for him. Kind of in the way that consensual sex is more recently taught, in the way that “if they said yes before, that doesn’t mean yes right now, especially when they are asleep.” Maybe I’m thinking too in depth about this, but I just wanted to share that thought.
Coming back from the dream in panel 1, through the eye, is a good effect, if that is what is happening. I saw movement in the dream sequence which could just be my interpretation.Evette drawing Abeille in and sending her back.
There is a news feed (rss feed) link lower on the page https://lovenotfound.com/comic/feed/ that notifies you when there are updates. You need an app like feeder or feedly. On my android phone I usually need to refresh the page once I visit it by dragging down from the top of the page.

I agree completely. I want her to stay with Miel and be happy.

Would it be possible to get the comic back on the front page? clicking into the archive every day to see whether or not it’s updated is frustrating 🙁

No worries! When a new page goes up, it will replace the ad for the shop.
